Don G. After decades of litigation practice, including partnership at a mid-sized Calgary law firm, Don transitioned to full-time mediation through Detomasi Dispute Resolution, where he focuses on helping parties resolve complex civil and commercial conflicts efficiently and collaboratively.

Don has extensive experience mediating disputes involving construction deficiencies, engineering and geotechnical issues, professional negligence, wrongful death claims, workplace injury matters, condominium disputes, property damage, insurance coverage, and commercial liability issues. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, including the Alberta Court of Appeal, and has represented parties in judicial dispute resolution hearings, private mediations, and settlement negotiations throughout his career.
