Hon. Bonnie L. Rawlins, K.C. is a highly respected Calgary-based mediator, arbitrator, and former Justice of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, with more than 35 years of experience in dispute resolution, litigation, and adjudication. Following a distinguished judicial and legal career, Justice Rawlins now assists parties in resolving complex commercial, energy, insurance, construction, governance, professional liability, and high-value civil disputes through mediation and arbitration. She is a member of the Alberta Academy of Mediators & Arbitrators and the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (CADN).

Before her judicial appointment, Justice Rawlins practiced extensively in litigation and dispute resolution, with significant experience in commercial conflicts, energy and natural resource matters, contractual disputes, insurance claims, shareholder issues, construction matters, professional negligence, and administrative law. During her years on the Court of King’s Bench, she presided over numerous complex civil matters and became widely respected for her balanced, practical, and thoughtful approach to difficult disputes.
