Carol Zukiwski, Q.Arb is an experienced Edmonton-based arbitrator and lawyer with extensive expertise in administrative law, municipal law, property assessment matters, and tribunal proceedings. She is a Qualified Arbitrator (Q.Arb) and a member of the Alberta Municipal Affairs arbitration roster. Carol brings decades of experience helping parties resolve disputes through fair process, procedural expertise, and well-reasoned decision-making.
Carol’s arbitration practice includes matters involving commercial contracts, municipal disputes, labour matters, family and estate disputes, land use, landlord and tenant issues, government matters, non-profit organizations, civil claims, and real estate-related conflicts. She regularly appears before tribunals and courts and has extensive experience advising boards and administrative decision-makers.
In addition to her dispute resolution work, Carol is a respected educator and instructor for organizations including the Foundation of Administrative Justice, the Legal Education Society of Alberta, and the Alberta Assessors’ Association. She is also a guest lecturer at the University of Alberta in Municipal Law and Local Government Studies.
